Conditions and practices

All our products are manufactured and packaged by a professional laboratory in Switzerland* to ensure that our customers receive compliant products of the highest quality.

  • Shipping time and cost depend on various factors, including order size and shipping destination, generally 3-7 working days within Switzerland.
  • All orders will be processed upon receipt. We are unable to delay shipment once an order has been placed on our online shop.
  • We only ship to the order address. Please create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
  • We are not responsible for any delivery issues that may occur from parcel carriers once packages have left our facility.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday and do not ship on public holidays.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are very proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for our products. We will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

If you change your mind about the products, you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in the original condition
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods
  • Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.

We only accept returns of products purchased through our website. For purchases made through other retailers, please contact them directly.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping coast and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.
